Our home pet farewell service brings Everpet’s care and our presence directly to you, so you need not leave the comfort of your own home in one of the hardest moments of your life.
Our team arrives with the same warmth, the same professionalism, and the same reverence they would bring to our studio. The location changes, but the standard never does.

Home farewells are currently in an early access stage and may not be available for every family or situation. Please speak with us directly so we can assess whether a home farewell is suitable for you, we will always be honest with you about what is possible.

What to Expect
Pre-plan
with us
Speak to us ahead of time, letting us know your pet’s story, their personality, how they are like at home. We will create a personal plan for you and your pet
Activate
our care
Our care specialist will take the lead, ensuring that the home farewell goes accordingly to your wishes.
We handle everything after
We arrive at your home to begin setting up and to gently prepare your pet for the farewell. Lift the heavy lifting to us.
Time with your pet
We will step back and leave, allowing you to have the privacy to be with your beloved pet, friends, and family members who are there for the farewell. Take the time you need
The final goodbye
Once you are ready, your companion will be transferred to our studio with full care. You will receive updates at every stage of the water cremation process, so you always know they are in good hands.
Collection at your pace
Speak to us ahead of time, letting us know your pet’s story, their personality, how they are like at home. We will create a personal plan for you and your pet
Things to know before you enquire
Air-conditioning is required
The room where your pet will be placed must be air-conditioned throughout the duration of the farewell. This is essential to ensure your companion is preserved with care and dignity for the time the family is present.
Fresh flower setups are available on a case-by-case basis
Silk flowers will always be available, but whether our in-house floral team can prepare a fresh arrangement for your home farewell depends on the time of passing and our floristry schedule that day. This is because we are unable to access our standard mortuary fridge for home farewells, which means that the preparation time is shorter compared to studio farewells. We will do our best and will always let you know what is possible when you call us.
Space available in the home may affect setup options
Our team will work thoughtfully within the space you have. However, certain arrangements or ceremonial setups may require a minimum amount of room. If space is limited, we will suggest alternatives that still feel considered and complete.
These considerations exist because we want every home farewell to be as beautiful and dignified as the ones held in our sanctuary, and that requires the right conditions. If your situation falls outside these guidelines, please still reach out. We will always explore every option with you before saying it is not possible.
