What we bring to pet farewells is not new. It is inherited.
Our founders come from Casket Fairprice, a family with over three decades of experience guiding families through some of life’s most profound moments. Through the quiet grief, the difficult decisions and the desire to do right by someone you love.
That same depth of experience now shapes everything we do at Everpet. Every process, every room, every word spoken by our team carries the weight of that legacy.
We did not enter this space lightly. We entered it because we knew we could elevate the pet farewell experience for families who want the very best for their beloved furfaces.

Rachael Tay
Rachael is a third-generation funeral director from Casket Fairprice, carrying forward her family’s legacy in Singapore’s funeral industry. Passionate about end-of-life care, she is bringing gentleness, peace, and healing into spaces traditionally marked by formality.
Blending heritage with heart, Rachael hopes to redefine the way we honour our beloved pets. With more than 7 years of experience serving bereaved families, she envisions a gentler, more meaningful approach to pet farewells, one that helps paw parents navigate loss with love, beauty, and peace. As the creative and design lead behind the brand, Rachael curates every detail to reflect holistic healing and remembrance, redefining what it means to say goodbye.
Her family has two cats and is a reminder of the bonds of love and companionship that inspire her work!

Leon Lim
Leon brings years of experience from the tech and cybersecurity industry into the funeral and end-of-life space. With a sharp eye for systems, efficiency, and risk management, he translates operations into seamless processes that make services run reliably behind the scenes.
Having joined the funeral industry for years, Leon is the “fixer” and the go-to person for daily operations and the architect of smooth, practical solutions. His mix of technical expertise, logic, and calm under pressure ensures that every detail, from infrastructure to service, works flawlessly to support families in their most difficult moments.
