Our Difference

THE EVERPET DIFFERENCE

Where every farewell is quietly extraordinary

We didn’t build Everpet to be the biggest. We built it to be the most considered, a sanctuary designed for families who believe their pet deserves the very best, even at the last.

Our
Commitments

Only five paw families served each day

We intentionally limit ourselves to five pets a day, not as a business constraint, but as a promise. Every family receives our full attention, never a hurried ceremony. Time is the rarest luxury we can offer.

Singapore's only in-house floral team

We are the only pet funeral service in Singapore with a dedicated in-house floral studio. Every arrangement is composed fresh by hand, not sourced from a florist catalogue. With a team of floral designers on hand to consult, and craft your desired farewell flowers for the one you love the most.

Gentle water cremation technology

We offer water cremation, which is a softer, flame-free process that uses warm water and gentle chemistry. It is kinder to the body, leaves more complete remains, and has a significantly lower environmental footprint than traditional cremation.

Built by a team with 30+ years of funeral expertise

Everpet was founded by a team of professionals from Casket Fairprice, who have served families through loss for more than three decades. We bring the same reverence, protocol, and emotional depth to every pet farewell, because the grief is equally real.

A named farewell coordinator, just for you

From the moment you contact us to the final collection of remains, you work with one dedicated coordinator, not a call centre. No hand-offs, no repeating yourself. One person who knows your pet's name.

A DELIBERATE LIMITATION

Five families. Never more.

Most funeral services measure success in volume. We measure it differently. We define it through presence, in attention, in the quiet certainty that nothing was rushed and no one was forgotten.

Serving only five pet families each day is not a limitation of our capacity. It is a founding principle. It is the promise that when you are with us, you have all of us. Not a fraction, not a slot in a schedule, but the full weight of our care.

In an industry where throughput is the norm, we chose to serve otherwise. Because your companion deserves a dignified and respectful farewell, not a procedure.

Why five, and not more

Unhurried time for every family

Grief does not follow a timetable. Families need space to arrive at their own pace, to linger if they wish, to ask every question that surfaces. With only five families a day, there is never a next booking pressing against yours.

Ceremony that is truly personal

When a team is not stretched thin, they notice things. The name used at home, not just on the intake form. The flower that matches a collar colour. These details emerge only when there is genuine time to listen, and to care.

The standard of excellence we refuse to compromise

Our in-house florists, coordinators, and care specialists operate at a level of quality that simply cannot scale beyond a handful of families each day. We could serve more. We choose not to, because the standard matters more than the volume.

Each day, five families.
Allocated with intention.

For families who have not yet pre-planned: We will always do our utmost to accommodate you. However, because we never exceed five families a day, there may be occasions when we are fully committed and cannot take an immediate booking. We share this not to create worry, but to be honest, and to gently encourage you to speak with us before the moment arrives, so that we can be certain to be there when you need us most.

Quote from Founder

“Being there for your beloved pet is not about perfection. It is about presence.

Similarly, the Everpet team will be fully there, for every detail, every question, every quiet moment. Because you trusted us with someone irreplaceable, and that is not something we take lightly. It is something we hold with both hands.”
