Pre-planned families receive confirmed priority allocation each day. No waitlists, no uncertainty, no calls to make at the hardest moment.

A gentle conversation
We sit with you and learn about your pet, your family, and what a meaningful farewell looks like to you. This is held in our studio at 10 Kaki Bukit Road 1, #07-03, Singapore 416175.

We document your wishes
Your preferences are recorded, from flowers and ceremony style to keepsakes and any personal touches that matter. We’ll help you design a plan that feels right and to answer any questions you may have

Receive your personal plan
You will receive a copy of your personal plan and quotation for review. Simply sign the plan and we will securely store and access the details whenever needed.

Your place is confirmed
From this point, a place is reserved for your family. When the day comes, one call is all it takes. You never have to worry about any overcapacity, as 2 of our daily 5 places are always reserved for paw families who pre-plan with us

We are there, without question
No availability checks. No waiting. Your coordinator is already familiar with you, your pet, and your wishes, ready to carry everything forward. Simply call us at and everything will be prepared and ready with care and respect.

For families who have not yet pre-planned: We will always do our utmost to accommodate you. However, because we never exceed five families a day, there may be occasions when we are fully committed and cannot take an immediate booking. We share this not to create worry, but to be honest, and to gently encourage you to speak with us before the moment arrives, so that we can be certain to be there when you need us most.
