SINGAPORE'S MOST ADVANCED PET FAREWELL
What happens at a farewell ceremony?
Many families come to us not knowing what to expect. That uncertainty is completely natural — most of us have never been given the language or the space to grieve a companion animal properly.
A farewell ceremony is not a formality. It is the moment you give yourself and your family permission to grieve fully — to acknowledge that this life mattered, and that the loss is real.
"The grief you feel for your pet is the same grief you feel for any loved one. It deserves the same ceremony. The same witness. The same care."
Co-Founder, Everpet
Society often tells us to move on quickly from pet loss. We are expected to return to work, to keep it together, to feel grateful for the years we had. Everpet was built for the truth: the bond you had was profound, and the mourning it deserves should be too.
STEP BY STEP
Everything you need to know,
before, during, and after
First contact
Reach out, at any hour
There is no wrong time to call us. Our careline is available 24/6 every day, including evenings and weekends. You do not need to have any answers, just reach out.
Gentle collection
We come to you, or you come to us
Your companion is carried with care from the very first moment. We can assist with pet pickup from your home, your vet’s clinic, or you may bring them to us, whatever feels right.
Your wishes
Who attends, and how
Ceremonies can be intimate, just you, or your immediate family. Or they can include friends, children, and even other pets. We guide you through what may bring comfort.
Arrival
A space prepared entirely for you
You arrive in a room that has been set with floristry, candles, and quiet intention. Your companion is already there, tenderly prepared, ready to be with you one last time.
Time together
Unhurried time to say goodbye
There is no clock in our ceremony space. You may sit with your companion as long as you need to. Touch them, speak to them, cry. This time is yours completely.
The ceremony
A specialist-led farewell, just for them
Our trained pet specialist reads words written specifically about your companion, their name, their story, their personality. Music plays. If you wish, you may speak. Nothing is scripted for anyone else.
The farewell
The final moment, witnessed with love
When you are ready, we gently begin to let your beloved pet go. Either way, you remain in a quiet space with our team until you are ready to leave.
After Water Cremation
The ashes are returned to you
Your companion’s ashes are carefully placed in an urn of your choosing and sealed with care. We explain how to keep them safely, and what options you have for where they rest.
A lasting presence
Keepsakes made to hold them close
From jewellery containing their ashes to glass keepsakes, pawprint impressions, and portrait paintings, our keepsake artisans create something that lets you carry them with you, always.
Ongoing
Resources for the grief that stays
We provide every family with a gentle grief kit with reading guides and message cards to support you on this journey. Grief doesn’t end on the day of the ceremony, and we don’t disappear afterward either.
The ceremony lasted an hour. The grief lasted months. But knowing I had given him a proper goodbye, that I hadn't just let it pass, made those months bearable.
The peace that follows a proper farewell is not about the ceremony itself. It is about what you carry forward. Families who have a meaningful goodbye consistently report less guilt, less unresolved grief, and a stronger sense of having honoured the bond they shared. This is not sentiment, it is the science of grief.

THE PURPOSE
What a proper farewell gives you.
This is not about the ceremony for its own sake. It is about what you carry out of it , the peace, the permission, the knowledge that you gave them everything, right to the end.
Many families tell us that the hour they spent with us gave them more relief than the months of trying to quietly move on.
